PMEA District 8 held a Spring professional Development Day at Bucknell University on Saturday, March 22. The PD day was designed around Assessment and using technology to assess student work. On Friday, February 7, Bernie Stellar of the Mount Carmel Area School District presented to our music educators on SLOs (Student Learning Objectives). SLOs will become a mandated part of the new Teacher Evalation Tool in the fall of 2104. Below is a link to the PowerPoint presentation that Bernie shared with our membership.
